Four Seasons is a private sea view villa near Heraklion, the capital of Crete. A perfect spot to explore the island and an ideal place to spend a carefree holiday with your family or friends.
The villa is built on a plot of 2400 sq.m, overlooking the Cretan sea and landscape with its olive groves, herbs and mountains. It’s exceptional external area offers a large infinity pool viewing the sea, specious terraces with sunbeds, parasol, trees’ shadings and fine furniture. The pool can be heated upon request in advance. You will also find a basketball hoop and 5 seats parking space. The villa is gated all around offering privacy and security for relaxing days and nights with your company.
The villa of 253 sq.m is neatly designed with love, care and respect to its guests and offers all modern facilities for maximum comfort and satisfaction. It spreads over two floors and it can host up to 12 guests, who may also use the private gym fitted out on the lower floor of the villa.
On the ground floor, there is a bright living area with HD smart TV, a DVD player and a music system. A chic dinning area is opposite a spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped to allow you to prepare anything you wish for you and your company. All common areas have direct access to the pool, the garden, the terraces and the villas’ parking space. On the ground floor you will also find two of the villas’ bedrooms and one bathroom.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms with four private bathrooms and a fully equipped laundry room. A unique element on this floor is a big furnished veranda ( shaded by choice with remote control ) offering great views from the top of the villa. A security glass door may isolate the first from the ground floor, for sound insulation and young children’s safety.

Ecomat anatomic mattresses, two types of allergy proof pillows and fine beddings are provided in each bedroom, to offer you the ultimate sleeping experience. Safe boxes PC size, also available in all bedrooms.
